With your input, we will work to maximize your incentives and find the optimal shipping model and service mix to meet your goals. We only collect a fee if we reduce your current costs. After 15 years in the small parcel business, we proudly announced the spin-off company, Parcel Logistics Consulting, owned and operated by Horbach Consulting Corp. The PLC team is composed of former sales and pricing associates from FedEx, UPS, DHL and Postal consolidators.
